Redeeming the Lost, Saving the World through Evangelism, Souls lest we Die the vision of Redeemed Christian Center can be heard through the hallways of the ministry and the hearts of our members.
On October 1990 Redeemed Christian Fellowship Center was birthed, parented and shepherded by then Pastor Kenneth R. Anthony and his supporting wife 1st lady Sylvia Anthony. Our first service was held at 100 Vernon Drive in the city of Pontiac.
A ministry with no judgement, individuals are encouraged to come just as they are, as the house of God is the hospital room where people come to get well. As a pulse ministry Bishop and Pastor Anthony ensure that the body functions as one, in other words there are no big I’s and little U’s.
Our ministry has grown and expanded over the years reaching beyond the city of Pontiac to Shepard Sons and Daughters across the country. We cover ministries in Albion, MI., Jackson, Tennessee, Columbus & Akron, OH and Florida.
Our youth are engaged in a dynamic Sunday school program, Youth and Young Adult Choir as well as encouraged to walk into ministry as we have Junior Deacons, Ministers, Ushers and much more in training.
Redeemed also offers a singles ministry, men’s fellowship, community outreach programs, minister and deacon education and a LIT (Leaders in Training) program.
In 2008 God blessed us to open the doors of our current location 114 South Genesee, through faithful prayer and dedication. God has blessed us to able to purchase the building we are in today owning nothing and no one… God be the Glory.
Our future is on that is promising to be destiny changing! After all we are Redeemed and we are preparing to take Flight!!
As we continue to grow and progress in God we realize that without him none of this would be possible. Even as we advance the Kingdom of God it will always remain: SOULS LEST WE DIE.
